I’m Gina Wilt, founder of GMW Group, a strategy-to-momentum firm partnering with education organizations through consultancy, senior advisory, embedded leadership, and strategy activation services.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution to help education organizations move from intention to sustained momentum without adding unnecessary overhead or complexity.

 

What I Do

I work with education organizations and nonprofits, higher education units, and education-based initiatives that are doing meaningful work, while navigating growth, complexity, or transition with limited internal capacity.

 

Some organizations need strategic guidance to clarify direction. Others already have a strategy and need help ensuring it holds in practice. In both cases, they’re looking for a partner who can make decisions alongside leadership and stay close enough to the work to keep progress moving. That’s where I operate.

Experience & Perspective

Alongside my work with GMW Group, I serve in a senior strategy and leadership role at Arizona State University, where I lead large-scale professional learning, workforce, and partnership initiatives.

 

At ASU, I work across complex systems designing business models, launching revenue-generating programs, building partnerships, and translating strategy into execution at scale. That experience deeply informs how I approach advisory and embedded leadership work: pragmatic, capacity-aware, and grounded in real institutional constraints.
